Dr. Johnson and her staff are delightful! They are the perfect balance of professional, compassionate, and humorous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hammond! I left a vet’s office that was…fine…but I kind of felt like I was just on a treadmill of patients that they were seeing and I wanted something more. Hammond absolutely delivers! The staff and doctors are amazing and I genuinely feel like they love my pets as much as I do! Everyone there is amazing and Dr. J is, I believe, the best vet around. There is no way I would take my pets anywhere else!

Hammond Animal Hospital is wonderful. Their staff is kind, professional, and caring. I have taken my pets to Dr. Johnson for twenty years. They were with me when my dogs ate mouse poison in the middle of the night, or during seizures, and even when we’ve had to euthanize our beloved furry friends. I am so grateful for their service and expertise. They deeply care about the animals and clients.

Ever since I got my rescue pup Penny in 2011, Hammond Animal Hospital has been amazing to work with each and every time I need boarding or a vet visit. They treat my dog like family, keep me updated on her health, and always make me feel like I am leaving her in safe hands. I moved to midtown a few years ago, but still make the trek to Hammond for Penny because I can’t imagine sending her anywhere else.
